About the

Role:

As a Lead Installer, you'll be the front line of our operation—installing systems and commissioning them, mentoring junior installers, and representing Complete Climate Services in customers homes. This role is ideal for a seasoned installer who wants autonomy, respect, and the opportunity to grow with a company that does things the right way.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems (gas furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, ACs, ductless, etc.) Lead residential installs from start to finish Ensure all work meets company standards, manufacturer specs, and local code Communicate clearly with customers about system issues, options, and recommendations Create detailed job notes, diagnostics, and estimates using our CRM (Housecall Pro or similar) Mentor and support junior technicians and installers when needed Coordinate with dispatch and management to keep jobs running efficiently Maintain a clean, organized work van and job site Represent the company's values in every customer interaction

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of HVAC/R field experience Strong diagnostic skills in residential heating and cooling systems EPA Universal Certification Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and lead jobs without micromanagement

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading installs or training other technicians Gas, boiler, or hydronic experience Familiarity with inverter systems and high-efficiency equipment Experience using Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or similar CRM platforms

What We Offer:

$30

• 40 per hour, based on experience Plus $125.

00 per install $3000 sign-on bonus (paid out $1500 after 90 day probation period Remaining at 6 months.
