• Primary Purpose of Position
• Performs a wide range of HVAC/Refrigeration services for Commercial customers and promotes the sale of all other services.
• Primary Duties and Accountabilities
• + Install, maintain, and repair complex HVAC and refrigeration systems, including advanced air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment.

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate issues with HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. + Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. + Perform comprehensive maintenance and inspections to prevent system failures and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. + Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications, to determine the layout and installation requirements. + Maintain accurate records of work performed, including detailed service reports and inventory management. + Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide high-quality service.

• Minimum Qualifications
