Job Overview Advanced Heating, Cooling & Mechanical is seeking an experienced HVAC Service & Installation Technician to join our team. This is not an entry-level position . We are looking for a dependable technician with a minimum of 2 years of current, hands-on HVAC field experience who is comfortable performing both service and installation work. Responsibilities Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light-commercial HVAC systems Install and replace HVAC equipment Install and modify ductwork Perform sheet-metal fabrication as needed Install flex duct, supply and return runs, registers, grilles, and transitions Work on heat pumps, air-conditioning systems, furnaces, and boilers Troubleshoot HVAC system and equipment problems Complete job documentation accurately Communicate professionally with customers and office staff Maintain company tools, equipment, and assigned vehicle Follow company procedures and safety requirements Requirements Minimum 2 years of current hands-on HVAC field experience Experience performing HVAC service and installation Ductwork experience required Ability to independently diagnose HVAC equipment and system problems Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Dependable and able to report to scheduled jobs on time Good customer-service and communication skills Ability to perform the physical requirements of HVAC service and installation work Applicable HVAC certifications and/or licenses Join us if you're passionate about delivering reliable climate control solutions!
