Some after hours and weekend work should be anticipated.OEM Support Services is the service division for Ward-Boland Associates. - Provide start-up, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of light commercial HVAC systems
- Complete startup reports as required by the manufacturers
- Provide accurate and detailed service reports in a timely manner
- Assist Ward-Boland's sales team with technical support as needed
- Attend factory training for the manufacturers that we represent, particularly Liebert (Vertiv) and Greenheck.
Most of the manufacturers that we service are are those represented by Ward-Boland.
