Hiring Expectations:

Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC service and refrigeration systems experience required; 5 years preferred Ability to obtain required Maine Gas License after hire. Oil License preferred Valid State of Maine Class C driver's license Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Knowledge of chillers, boilers, package units, VAV systems, and automated control systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, safety procedures, and operating instructions Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties, including climbing ladders, bending, twisting, and working in varying temperatures Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
