Win Mechanical is looking for a Master Licensed Technician to meet our growing demand. We operate through all of Maine.
We offer our customers:
heating, cooling, refrigeration and plumbing services.
Responsibilities:
  • Service, maintain, and repair various HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning issues.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional client communication.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours service.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Maine Fuel Oil License (Master)
  • Maine Appliance Connection and; Service NG/LPG License
  • Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience preferred
  • Plumbing and EPA 608 Certification (Encouraged, but not required)
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
Compensation and;
Benefits:
  • Full-time position $35/hr-$60/hr
  • Partial on-call rotation
