• Scarborough, ME Mash Mechanical is hiring a full-time HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Scarborough, ME.

This role is ideal for an experienced technician who takes pride in quality work, clear communication, and getting the job done right the first time. What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections Work on commercial and residential systems including: Heat pumps Furnaces Boilers Air conditioning systems Refrigeration equipment Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues and recommendations Complete accurate service documentation and follow company procedures What We're Looking For Minimum 3+ years of HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, AC systems, and refrigeration Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally Reliable and detail-oriented Schedule Monday

• 4:30 PM Pay & Benefits $30
