  • HVAC Technician We are seeking a motivated individual to join our HVAC team.
Prior HVAC experience is preferred, especially oil service and installation; however, we are willing to train mechanically inclined candidates who have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently over time. HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) work involves installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. This includes boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning systems, and related mechanical and electrical components. The work is hands-on and requires problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a variety of environments.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling system issues Performing routine maintenance and system inspections Installing and servicing HVAC equipment and components Reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems Communicating clearly with customers and explaining repairs when needed Maintaining a clean, organized work area and company vehicle
Job Requirements:
HVAC experience preferred, but not required Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the trade Ability to work independently once trained Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working in tight spaces, basements, attics, and varying weather conditions Valid driver's license
Training & Equipment:
We will provide hands-on training for the right candidate. Once the individual has gained the knowledge, skills, and confidence to run service calls independently, a company vehicle, fuel card, and business debit card will be provided.
