Customer Comfort Heating & Cooling has been taking care of West Michigan homes since 1994. Our ComfortCare maintenance program is growing, and we're looking for someone who wants to learn the HVAC service trade. You'll train one on one with our Service Manager, who has decades in the field. What you'll do Learn furnace, AC and water heater maintenance side by side with our Service Manager Run fall furnace tune-ups, spring AC tune-ups and winter water heater and air quality checks for our members Clean, test and document every system in ServiceTitan with photos and readings Explain what you find to homeowners in plain language. No pressure selling. Grow into repairs and service calls as your skills build What we pay $21 to $26 an hour to start, depending on experience Raises as you hit training milestones $25 for every ComfortCare membership you sign up Health insurance, two weeks paid time off, and your own company van after your first 90 days Weekly pay every Friday Full time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am start What you need A real interest in learning the trade. HVAC school or some mechanical experience is a plus, but not required. EPA 608 certification, or willing to earn it in your first 90 days Comfortable talking with homeowners in their homes Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Your own hand tools. We supply the meters, power tools and equipment.
