Our new construction side is growing with steady builder work, and we're looking for an experienced lead installer who knows how to run a crew and move a house efficiently. What you'll do Lead a two man crew on new homes, from underground and rough-in through start up and trim Plan each day, stage material and keep every house on its hours budget Train and develop the installers on your crew Work alongside our new construction manager to tighten up how we build houses Pass rough and final inspections the first time What we pay $32 to $38 an hour depending on experience Production bonus on every house. Beat the hours budget and pass inspection, and the saved hours pay out at your rate. Fast, clean crews make more than their hourly. $50 training bonus for every house your helper finishes on budget Health insurance, two weeks paid time off and a company truck Weekly pay every Friday Full time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am start What you need 5 or more years installing residential HVAC, including new construction Experience leading a crew or training installers Can lay out and build a rough-in from a plan with no direction Passes rough and final inspections and knows Michigan mechanical code EPA 608 certification Valid driver's license and your own hand tools. We supply the power tools and equipment.
