HVAC Lead Installer Job description Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity in the HVAC field? Davison Heating and Cooling is looking to build an industry leading team with talented Lead Installers.
Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00+/hour (Hourly + Uncapped Commission)

What You Will Do:
Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation Properly connect equipment Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements
What You Will Bring:
2-5 years of
LEAD HVAC
Install experience (required) Ability to communicate and present to customers HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school Valid drivers' license Ability to handle heavy equipment Ability to work outdoors Why work for us!
