HVAC Subcontractor LivSmart Home Services Detroit, MI Job Details Temporary | Contract $3,000 - $6,000 a week 9 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Equipment installation Heat pump installation Individual consumer customer service Equipment testing HVAC Certification Full Job Description HVAC Subcontractors Needed - High-Volume Heat Pump Installations 100+ Approved Projects | Immediate Installation Opportunities | Ongoing Volume LivSmart Home Services is seeking experienced and licensed HVAC subcontractors to support a large pipeline of residential installations through the Michigan Home Energy Rebate Program (MiHER) . We currently have 100+ approved customer projects moving into installation and are looking to add reliable HVAC companies and installation crews throughout Michigan. We are looking for qualified installation partners who can take consistent volume and deliver high-quality work.
Projects will primarily include:
Residential ducted heat pump installations Ductless mini-split installations Equipment change-outs and associated HVAC work Startup, testing, and commissioning Completion of required installation documentation and photos Coordination with LivSmart's dispatch and installation management teams Correction of workmanship issues or failed inspections when applicable

Materials Permit Fixed pricing Post installation photos geotagged Our goal is to build long-term relationships with contractors who want consistent residential installation volume without having to generate the customers themselves. What We're Looking For Licensed and insured Michigan HVAC contractors Strong residential heat pump and mini-split experience Ability to complete multiple installations per week Reliable crew and transportation Strong understanding of Michigan mechanical codes and permitting requirements Professional customer service Responsive communication with our dispatch and operations teams Willingness to stand behind workmanship and promptly address service or quality issues Compensation Competitive subcontractor pricing with the opportunity for consistent, high-volume work . Pricing and installation scopes will be established during onboarding so both parties have clear expectations before projects are assigned. Contractors with the capacity to take multiple installations per week will be prioritized. Service Areas We are actively recruiting installation partners throughout Michigan, with immediate opportunities in and around: Detroit / Southeast Michigan Kalamazoo / Southwest Michigan Saginaw / Mid-Michigan Contractors capable of covering surrounding counties and broader service territories are strongly encouraged to apply. Pay:
