Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Installer Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing primarily residential HVAC systems, along with some hydronic residential systems. Must be proficient with Low voltage wiring, venting, and some duct work. Responsibilities Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, equipment, and ventilation systems. Perform system troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC equipment, electrical systems, and mechanical components Conduct system maintenance to ensure peak performance and energy efficiency Read and interpret technical schematics, and wiring diagrams for accurate installation and repairs Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and electrical testers; perform electrical diagnostics for system troubleshooting Repair or replace mechanical parts, plumbing connections, wiring, compressors, fans, pumps, and other HVAC components Ensure compliance with safety standards including EPA regulations for refrigerants; handle refrigerants responsibly during system servicing or disposal Requirements Proven experience with system removal and replacement with necessary adaptation. Service technician experience with HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) systems preferred Knowledge of HVAC design principles and ability to read schematics accurately. Skilled in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, welding equipment, and diagnostic tools like ohmmeters Experience with HVAC system repair, maintenance procedures, equipment troubleshooting and installation techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients Valid EPA certification for handling refrigerants; additional certifications in electrical diagnostics or welding are a plus Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments; physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier HVAC solutions!
