Technician position include: 2+ years of commercial HVAC testing, adjusting, and balancing experience TAB certification required (TABB, NEBB, or AABC accepted) 80-85% field work testing, diagnosing, and verifying air and water systems Document findings and prepare reports for final office review Experience working on commercial air- and water-balancing projects (hospitals, data centers, specialty testing, and buildings over five stories) No repairs required—focus stays on testing, documentation, and system performance verification Regular driving throughout Detroit and Toledo; occasional Cleveland assignments
Salary:
$40-$50/hour base; plus union pension/total compensation package.
