Job Overview Durkie Heating & Cooling is looking to grow our team! We are a small, family-owned and operated HVAC business in Rapid City, MI , and we're seeking a reliable general laborer for the summer/fall seasons (with long-term potential). If you are looking for a hands-on job where you can learn a valuable trade, this is it! No experience is needed—we will train the right person. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, boilers, and air conditioning equipment. Support service technicians in diagnosing and repairing HVAC system issues. Help perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal operation and energy efficiency. Handle general labor tasks, loading/unloading equipment, and keeping job sites clean. Shop and office tasks may include washing vehicles, mowing lawns, and general clean-up projects.
