Pay Rate:

We are looking for an experienced, reliable Residential HVAC Installer who takes pride in their craft and wants a stable, long-term career with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities Equipment Installation:

Independently install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and water heaters according to local building codes and manufacturer specifications.

Ductwork Fitting:

Properly fit, modify, and install prefabricated ductwork and transitions to ensure clean airflow and tight seals. (

Note:

Ductwork is pre-ordered/fabricated; custom sheet metal fabrication is not required).

Piping & Lines:

Run copper refrigerant lines, perform brazing and soldering, and ensure leak-free system operations.

System Testing:

Re-connect, vacuum, charge, and perform initial startup and testing on newly installed equipment.

Customer Relations:

Maintain a polite, professional, and clean presence when interacting with homeowners.

Job Site Care:

Ensure work areas are left safe, clean, and free of debris upon project completion.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Minimum 4+ years of hands-on, field experience in residential HVAC installation (

Note:

We are not currently accepting recent trade school graduates without field experience) .

Independence:

Proven ability to manage an installation job from start to finish without constant supervision.

Tools:

Must possess standard hand tools (specialty diagnostic and installation equipment is provided).

Licensing:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Certifications:

EPA Certification preferred.
