Job Description

HVAC Service - Maintenance Technician | $28.00 - $40.00 Hourly pay + spiffs and bonuses
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday | 7:30am to 5:00pm | on-call rotation | occasional overtime
Job Duties:
Service, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems Accurately troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Some basic sheet metal repairs / upgrades Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance with customers Consulting with customer on repair, upgrades, IAQ accessories, and replacement decisions Kotz Heating and Air | Waterford, MI Voted #1 in Oakland County's Top Family-Owned Company We are a local, family-owned plumbing and HVAC company proudly serving Oakland County since 1929. What We Are Looking For:
3 + Years of experience in Residential HVAC Service Universal EPA Certification Customer service skills Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques Ability to acquire low voltage license within 2 years of employment Certificate of completion from a HVAC technical school - Desired Possess tools needed High school diploma or its equivalent Valid driver's license and Insurable driving record
