Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Residential New Construction HVAC Installer to install complete HVAC systems in new homes. This role focuses on rough-in and finish installation, not service calls. Duties Install HVAC systems in new residential construction Set and install ductwork (metal and/or flex) Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment Perform start-ups and basic system checks Follow blueprints, plans, and job specifications Ensure work meets local codes and company quality standards Maintain a clean and safe job site Work efficiently with builders, inspectors, and team members Qualifications 1+ years experience in residential HVAC installation (new construction preferred) Knowledge of ductwork layout and equipment installation Ability to read basic plans and layouts Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and ladders
