If you're a skilled commercial HVAC sheet metal pro who takes pride in quality work and great customer service, we'd like to talk. What You'll Do Review job notes, blueprints, and measurements to determine required ductwork and fittings. Fabricate and modify commercial sheet metal duct, fittings, and transitions. Assist with installing and supporting commercial HVAC systems (rooftops, splits, mini-splits, etc.). Maintain shop stock of standard fittings and keep tools, truck, and work areas clean and safe. Communicate with lead installers, dispatch, and project managers about job status and needs. What We're Looking For 5+ years commercial HVAC/R, installation, or sheet metal experience. Strong ductwork fabrication and installation skills; ability to read mechanical drawings. EPA certification preferred; refrigeration experience a plus. Positive attitude, solid work ethic, strong focus on safety and customer service. Pay & Benefits $30 per hour. 100% paid medical insurance (after 30 days).
