- Help create pathways for children and families to grow in their knowledge and love of God's Word. Youth Ministry
- Work directly with the church's youth ministry and students.
- Build meaningful relationships with students and their families.
- Teach and disciple students from a distinctly biblical and gospel-centered perspective.
- Help develop a healthy youth ministry culture centered on Scripture, fellowship, evangelism, and discipleship.
- Recruit, train, and encourage adult volunteers who serve with students.
