What You'll Do Install and Replace Systems:
Correctly install, transition, and commission residential HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork.
Deliver Quality Workmanship:
Perform clean, code-compliant, and high-quality installations that meet or exceed local building codes and company standards. Respect the
Customer's Home:
Maintain a clean, professional work area, protect customer property, and wear floor savers at all times.
Test and Commission:
Fully test systems after installation to ensure proper airflow, refrigerant charge, and sequence of operation, making sure it's done right the first time. Educate the
Customer:
Walk homeowners through their new system, explain thermostat operation, review maintenance requirements, and ensure complete satisfaction before leaving.
Promote Long-Term Care:
Educate customers on the benefits of our Club Memberships to help protect their new investment.
Accurate Documentation:
Complete all installation paperwork, warranties, task codes, and job documentation accurately and on time.
Team and Vehicle Care:
Turn in job receipts, debrief with installation coordinators or dispatch after each job, and maintain a neat, clean, and well-stocked company installation truck.
