Primary Job Function:

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to emergency maintenance requests Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Experience Proven experience in construction or field service roles with a focus on HVAC installation or repair Mechanical knowledge of HVAC design principles, schematics interpretation, and equipment repair techniques Hands-on experience with property maintenance tasks related to air conditioning units and mechanical systems Ability to use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues in HVAC systems

Desired Qualifications:

CFC Universal Certification NATE certification or the willingness to obtain certifications EPA Certification Journeyman license for St. Louis County or the willingness to obtain the certification A driven work ethic with the willingness to learn and grow Experience working for an established Heating & Cooling company.
