Our 60-unit multi-family homes in Crystal Springs, MS is looking for an

EXPERIENCED

Full-Time Property Maintenance Technician with HVAC Certification . The ideal candidate is dependable, a team player who is mechanically inclined. Ability to assure all work orders are completed on a daily basis. Willing to accurately document work performed on the work orders. Ability to inspect vacant units and complete make readies. Experienced in property maintenance including electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting and cleaning. Appliance repair knowledge is a plus. Willing to to be available after hours.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have valid Driver's license and reliable transportation Must have HVAC Certification Must pass criminal background check Must be able to respond to after hours emergencies Minimum of 2 years property maintenance Minimum of 3 years HVAC maintenance Please note 30% of the job is property maintenance and 70% is HVAC. Salary based on experience. We offer paid time off and 401K. Waiting period may apply for benefits.
