About Us Jenner & Sons Heating & Air is a family-owned company built on integrity, quality, and pride in our craft. We're growing fast and looking for skilled HVAC Installers to join our team. You'll be part of a residential and light commercial crew that takes pride in doing clean, professional installations. Job Summary As an HVAC Installer, you'll handle complete installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. From setting equipment and running ductwork to startup and testing, you'll make sure every install meets our standards and satisfies the customer. What You'll Do Install HVAC systems including condensers, air handlers, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork Perform start-ups, testing, and basic system troubleshooting Work alongside technicians and apprentices to ensure quality installations Load, unload, and prepare materials and tools for each job Follow blueprints, specifications, and company installation procedures Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and company vehicle Communicate clearly with the office and customers Adhere to safety procedures and company policies Requirements Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience (residential or light commercial) EPA certification preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality Nice to Have Sheet metal fabrication or ductwork experience Familiarity with HVAC company software and digital service tools HVAC trade school or technical training Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Insurance options Paid Time Off (PTO) Holiday Pay Company shirts provided Long-term opportunity to grow with a respected, family-run company Schedule Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Some weekend or on-call work as needed
