Diagnose electronic, mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage HVAC componentsPerform HVAC service, preventive maintenance, system diagnostics, and equipment repairsCoordinate with dispatch to maintain daily schedules and communicate delays to customersPrepare HVAC estimates and quotes when needed, with training providedLearn and use ServiceTitan CRM for service operationsMaintain your company vehicle in good working conditionKeep required HVAC parts, tools, stock, and safety equipment organized and readySafely operate hand tools, power tools, a 28-foot extension ladder, and a 12-foot step ladderCommunicate professionally with customers and team members
