WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems throughout the Gallatin Valley. You'll be trusted to: Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems Perform heating and cooling repairs Complete preventative maintenance and tune-ups Communicate clearly with homeowners about their system and recommended repairs Keep customers' homes clean and protected while you work Complete service paperwork accurately Maintain your vehicle, tools, and equipment Ask questions and continue learning when you run into something new Every service call is different. If you enjoy troubleshooting, solving problems, and figuring out why something isn't working, you'll fit right in.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You don't have to know everything — but you do need to want to learn. We're looking for someone who: Has at least 1 year of residential HVAC field experience Can confidently troubleshoot common heating and cooling issues Shows up on time and is dependable Takes pride in doing quality work Is honest and trustworthy Communicates well with homeowners Respects customers' homes and property Can work independently but isn't afraid to ask for help Has a good attitude and works well with a small team Doesn't cut corners just to get the next call We can teach skills. We can't teach work ethic.
