Requirements:

What You'll Bring 3+ years of technical experience in HVAC, equipment service, field maintenance, or related work Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Demonstrated safety-first mindset in shop and field environments Clear, professional communication skills with customers and teammates EPA Universal Certification and 3-5 years of HVAC/R experience strongly preferred Clean driving record and minimum age of 21 Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites Flexibility to handle changing daily priorities and seasonal overtime
