Residential HVAC Lead Installer | Experienced Professionals Wanted $30-$45 hourly + Performance BonusesSpiffs Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Overtime Available Allied Aire is looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Lead Installer to join our installation team. This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, values quality over shortcuts, and enjoys leading projects from start to finish. We are looking for a professional who can deliver clean, efficient installations while setting the standard for the rest of the team. In This Role, You Will Lead residential HVAC installation projects and oversee crew performance Install furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, and complete duct systems Verify every installation meets manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality expectations Perform equipment start-up, testing, and system commissioning Mentor and develop less experienced installers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Provide homeowners with a professional installation experience What We're Looking For Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience Leadership experience on residential installation projects Strong understanding of airflow, duct systems, refrigerant piping, and low-voltage controls Ability to read installation specifications and solve field challenges Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Valid driver's license and reliable work history What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Spiffs, performance incentives, and overtime opportunities Company-sponsored health insurance Paid holidays and paid vacation Paid technical training, including Carrier courses and continuing education Fully equipped company vehicles, professional tools, uniforms, and equipment Advancement opportunities within a growing company A supportive team that values craftsmanship, accountability, and professionalism At Allied Aire, we believe experienced installers deserve the support, equipment, and opportunities needed to perform at their best.
