Job Summary:

EMCOR Government Services (EGS) is seeking 2 Heating,Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Mechanics to provide Facilities Operations Maintenance and support Services to a Government Agency in Research Triangle Park, NC. This position is covered by the CBA for Industrial, Technical and Professional Employees Union, OPEIU Local 4873. #EGS #LI-NS1 •This position is contingent upon contract award. •

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Performs HVAC Service work on large HVAC systems in commercial faciliites.

Qualifications:

A minimum of five (5) years of experience working with large HVAC systems in commercial facilities. One HVAC mechanic must have, as a minimum, a State of North Carolina HVAC Heating Group 2 license. One HVAC mechanic must have, as a minimum, a state of North Carolina HVAC Heating Group 3 Class 1 license.
