Commercial Air Systems (CAS) is seeking an experienced HVAC / Mechanical Foreman to lead our commercial HVAC and mechanical construction teams. If you're a proven field leader who knows how to build high performing crews, drive schedules, and deliver quality work, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Lead HVAC and mechanical field crews Coordinate manpower, schedules, and daily jobsite operations Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and General Contractors Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to CAS quality standards Mentor foremen and field personnel Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and craftsmanship

Extensive commercial HVAC/mechanical construction experience Proven success leading large field teams Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction practices Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Excellent leadership and communication skills Why CAS?
