Commercial Air Systems (CAS) is seeking an HVAC Installation & Service Helper to assist with HVAC equipment installation, start-up, maintenance, and troubleshooting while supporting experienced technicians on commercial job sites. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, eager to learn the HVAC trade, and ready to work in a hands-on construction environment.

What You'll Do:

As an HVAC Installation & Service Helper, you'll work alongside experienced technicians Assist with commercial HVAC equipment installations, start-ups, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Load, unload, organize, and transport tools, materials, and equipment. Perform general labor duties on commercial job sites. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Use basic hand tools to assist with daily tasks. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. Attend job site and company meetings as needed. Support project efficiency by helping reduce material waste and keeping projects on schedule. Learn HVAC installation and service techniques from experienced professionals. Represent Commercial Air Systems professionally with customers and team members.

What We're Looking For:

Construction experience is preferred but not required. Stable work history. Basic knowledge of hand tools (hammer, tape measure, screwdrivers, etc.). Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Honest, dependable, and reliable. Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team. Ability to follow directions and complete tasks safely. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights. Able to stand, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods. Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
