Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm. Key Responsibilities Maintain commercial buildings, which includes repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems Perform routine maintenance on commercial buildings and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair maintenance issues and recommend appropriate solutions Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used Requirements Skills and Knowledge - HVAC Technician (Job #33307) Must have Universal EPA or EPA III Be willing to work independently or as a team Coachable / willingness to learn Punctual Education and Experience - HVAC Technician (Job #33307) 2+ years experience in HVAC High School Diploma/ GED equivalent Benefits & Pay Up to $29/hr based upon knowledge and experience.
