Duties & Responsibilities Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems Team-oriented and hard-working Willing to work flexible schedule as needed Work well with Install Helper while maintaining high quality and timely job performance Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb ladders Possess required hand tools Maintain a safe and organized work environment Qualifications Minimum of 2 years HVAC installation experience CFC Certification NATE Certification a plus Ability to pass drug and background screening Clean driving record
