Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Site Manager to oversee and manage daily HVAC operations at a commercial/industrial facility in Bismarck, ND. This role is ideal for a hands-on HVAC professional who enjoys leading operations, troubleshooting systems, and ensuring equipment runs efficiently. The HVAC Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating daily service activities, managing work orders, diagnosing equipment issues, and maintaining HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Responsibilities Serve as the on-site lead for all HVAC-related operations. Manage, prioritize, and complete HVAC work orders using digital systems and mobile applications. Inspect equipment, perform system surveys, and diagnose HVAC system issues. Coordinate preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and equipment upgrades. Supervise and collaborate with an on-site HVAC assistant. Communicate with internal teams and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and operational standards. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience working with industrial or commercial HVAC systems. Strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment. Knowledge of HVAC system design, controls, and maintenance best practices. Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and digital systems for work order management and reporting. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. HVAC certification required (EPA Universal or similar). Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Additional Details 40 hours per week with potential overtime opportunities. Drug screening required. $75,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
