• We are seeking an experienced and dependable Commercial HVAC Journeyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC systems. This position requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Commercial HVAC systems and equipment. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related problems. Service and repair rooftop units, split systems, package units, chillers, boilers, air handlers, exhaust systems, and related equipment. Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure reliable system operation. Read and interpret HVAC plans, schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications. Perform refrigerant recovery, evacuation, charging, and leak detection in accordance with applicable regulations. Troubleshoot controls, thermostats, motors, compressors, pumps, fans, and electrical components. Complete service calls and communicate professionally with customers, building owners, and facility personnel. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment conditions. Follow company procedures, OSHA requirements, and all applicable safety codes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Assist apprentices and less-experienced technicians with training and technical guidance when needed. Qualifications Journeyman-level experience in commercial HVAC. Strong knowledge of commercial heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation systems. Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC systems. Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. EPA Certification required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Ability to lift equipment and materials and work in mechanical rooms, rooftops, crawl spaces, and other demanding environments. Local/state HVAC or mechanical licensing preferred where applicable. Preferred Experience 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience. Experience with RTUs, VAV systems, chillers, boilers, and building automation/control systems. Experience with preventative maintenance programs and commercial service work. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications. Overtime opportunities. Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
