Overview Join our dynamic HVAC Install Team and become a vital part of delivering top-tier climate control solutions! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from installing complex HVAC systems to troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components. You'll be the driving force behind creating comfortable, efficient environments for our clients while honing your technical skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Whether you're experienced in construction, service, or mechanical systems, this position provides a platform for growth and hands-on learning in the HVAC industry. Responsibilities Install, assemble, and commission HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to ensure precise installation and system configuration. Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues using electrical diagnostics tools such as ohmmeters and troubleshoot mechanical systems effectively. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high safety standards on-site. Conduct plumbing and electrical connections necessary for system operation, ensuring compliance with all codes and regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining system functions, maintenance tips, and addressing client concerns professionally. Skills Construction experience coupled with a solid understanding of mechanical systems repair and building automation systems. Service technician experience with HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems. Proficiency in reading schematics, electrical diagnostics, refrigeration principles, and HVAC design concepts. Mechanical knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, boiler operation, ammonia refrigeration systems, and appliance repair. Skilled in the use of hand tools, electrical testing devices such as ohmmeters, and other field service equipment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling; experience with electrical systems and property maintenance is a plus. Ability to operate a van driver's license for transportation between job sites; familiarity with building codes and safety protocols is essential.
