HVAC Service
  • Maintenance Technician | $32.
00 to $50.00 per hour, depending on experience and shift
Pay Range:
1st Shift | $32.00 to $45.00 + per hour, depending on individuals' capabilities 2nd Shift | $38.00
  • $50.00 per hour | must have AC, oilpropane experience Weekends Only | $32.00
  • $40.
00 per hour, depending on individuals' capabilities
Work Schedule:
1st Shift | 7:30am
  • 4:00pm | Monday to Friday 2nd Shift | 3:00pm
  • 11:00pm | Monday to Friday Weekends Only | 7:00am
  • 5:00pm |

Manchester, Portsmouth, Somersworth NH Job Duties:
Troubleshooting, diagnostics, service, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment AC service, repair, and maintenacne Working with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems Propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers Providing excellent customer service Consulting with and educating homeowners on systems and products Ability to contact tech support with diagnostic questions Daily use of tablet Townsend Energy | Danvers MA Founded in 1931, we are the local name you can depend on for energy and HVAC for residential and light commercial heating and cooling needs. Skills:
Residential HVAC service experience AC service experience Annual routine maintenance experience EPA Universal Certification Experience consulting customers with repair and replacement decisions Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques Able to lift up to 50 pounds MA or NH Gas Licensed
  • Desired, training provided MA or NH Oil License
  • Desired, training provided High school diploma or equivalent Certificate from a HVAC Technical School
  • Desired Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
