Your role:

Be the go-to for advanced diagnostics Support field techs when they're stuck Ensure systems are commissioned and operating correctly Help train and develop the next generation Work between field and office as needed If you're the type who: Questions everything Refuses to leave a system "just okay" Actually enjoys the science of HVAC Then you already know why this role exists.
