Fortis Institute in Lawrenceville New Jersey is seeking HVAC technicians to teach evening classes in our HVAC program. This is an excellent opportunity to share your knowledge, help train the next generation of technicians, and earn additional income. No teaching experience is required. If you've worked in the HVAC field and enjoy helping others learn, we'll provide the support needed to help you succeed in the classroom and lab. Whether you're a service technician, installer, maintenance technician, manager, business owner, or recently retired from the trade, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Details Part-Time Evening Position Schedule:

5:45 PM to 10:45 PM 10 to 20 hours per week Flexible scheduling available Classes run in 6-week modules Opportunity for ongoing employment Evening hours that typically do not interfere with your regular work schedule Responsibilities Teach HVAC concepts in classroom and lab settings Demonstrate tools, equipment, and procedures used in the trade Share real-world field experience with students Help students develop skills needed for entry-level HVAC careers Maintain a safe and positive learning environment Qualifications Minimum 3 years of HVAC industry experience EPA Universal Certification required Reliable and professional Desire to help others learn and support student success Teaching experience welcomed, but not required Why Join Fortis?
