•6:30 AM Scope of Work You'll install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration) systems in commercial facilities, following company standards and manufacturer specifications.

•$46.00 per hour, based on experience. Medical, vision, and dental insurance Life insurance 401(k) Company-provided tools and equipment Company vehicle provided during working hours for service calls, as needed What You'll Do Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and make the necessary repairs or part replacements. Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections to keep systems running at peak efficiency. Test systems for proper function and fine-tune them for optimal performance. Respond to service calls promptly and professionally, resolving client concerns in a timely manner. Follow all safety protocols, including the proper handling, recovery, and disposal of refrigerants and other hazardous materials in compliance with EPA regulations. Keep accurate records of all work performed, including parts used, repairs completed, and maintenance tasks. Recommend system upgrades, replacements, or enhancements that improve efficiency and performance for clients. Work closely with teammates and other departments to keep projects on schedule and on budget. What We're Looking For At least 5 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC/R Technician, including installation, maintenance, and repair. Current EPA Section 608 Technician Certification (required by federal law to work with refrigerants). Certification or licensure to work as an HVAC Technician in New Jersey, with solid knowledge of HVAC/R principles, practices, and regulations. Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort using diagnostic tools and equipment. Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-facing manner. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team. A valid U.S. driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience (final approval is subject to our auto insurance carrier's criteria). Nice to Have Additional certifications in specific HVAC/R systems or technologies (e.g., NATE certification). Experience in commercial and/or industrial HVAC/R settings. Familiarity with environmental regulations related to refrigerants (R-22, R-410A, R-134A). Physical Demands & Work Environment Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly, and up to 75 lbs occasionally. Comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, and accessing tight spaces like crawl spaces and mechanical rooms. Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work in varying indoor and outdoor temperatures, including occasional extremes. Ready to Apply?
