About the Role We are seeking an experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Hybrid Mobile Technician to join a growing facilities maintenance team supporting commercial and industrial properties. In this role, you will travel between multiple client locations performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, refrigeration, and general building systems. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems to minimize downtime. Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, refrigeration equipment, compressors, condensers, and associated mechanical systems. Complete general building maintenance, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs. Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes. Document maintenance activities, service reports, and work orders using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Travel between customer locations to perform scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and service calls. Communicate equipment status, repair recommendations, and maintenance findings with customers and management. Maintain a safe work environment by following OSHA regulations and established safety procedures. Qualifications 4+ years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration maintenance experience. EPA Universal (608) Certification required. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with commercial HVAC/R equipment. Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance. Experience using CMMS software and Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide outstanding customer service. Preferred Skills Experience supporting multiple commercial facilities. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
