This is a service and diagnostics position . We are looking for a technician who can independently troubleshoot HVAC systems, identify problems, recommend solutions, and complete repairs.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems Perform service calls, repairs, and maintenance Explain findings and repair options to customers Prepare repair quotes and document service work Collect payment and complete service reports Maintain an organized service vehicle and inventory

Requirements:

3+ years of HVAC service and diagnostic experience Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Ability to work independently on service calls Valid driver's license and clean driving record Good customer service and communication skills Must live in or near Passaic, NJ and be able to commute without relocation

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
