Job Description We are seeking an Experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial properties. The technician will ensure all equipment operates efficiently, complies with safety standards, and deliver quality customer service. Key Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and split systems. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections on equipment. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues within HVAC systems, determine solutions, and implement necessary repairs. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. Ensure systems are in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. Coordinate with team members, clients, and management to provide timely and effective service. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked. Respond to emergency service calls outside of regular business hours as needed. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. Valid HVAC Technician certification and current EPA Section 608 Certification. Working knowledge of HVAC control systems and troubleshooting. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces. Strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Technical or vocational training in HVAC or related field. Experience with building management systems (BMS) and energy management systems (EMS). State or industry-recognized journeyman or master HVAC license. Skills & Competencies Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
