Galdarisi Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Fallon, Nevada. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and capable of independently diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment. Our technicians work throughout Northern and Central Nevada, so some travel is required. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections Service rooftop units, split systems, packaged units, heat pumps, furnaces, make-up air units, and evaporative coolers Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and control-related problems Replace motors, belts, contactors, capacitors, compressors, and other components Complete clear service notes and document recommended repairs Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and project personnel Maintain an organized service vehicle and properly care for company tools and equipment Follow company and jobsite safety requirements Participate in an on-call rotation when required Qualifications Commercial HVAC service experience preferred EPA Section 608 Certification preferred or required within an agreed-upon period Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to read wiring diagrams and equipment specifications Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Ability to work on rooftops, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds Must be dependable, punctual, and professional Must be able to pass applicable pre-employment screening Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Full-time employment Opportunities for overtime Company-provided tools, vehicle, or phone may be available depending on position Training and opportunities for professional growth Additional benefits discussed during the interview Service Area The position is based in Fallon, Nevada , with travel to commercial projects and service locations throughout the surrounding region.
