Job Description

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent client is seeking a HVAC / Maintenance Technician . This role is responsible for performing HVAC service and preventive maintenance, as well as general facility maintenance and repair tasks throughout different locations.
Summary Shift:
7:30am - 4pm
Pay:
$23 - $27/ hour depending on experience plus mileage reimbursement. HVAC /
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
HVAC Duties Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems Perform routine preventive maintenance on rooftop units, furnaces, heat pumps, and cooling towers Inspect and ensure proper operation of all HVAC equipment Adjust and replace thermostats Clean condenser coils Replace air filters Adjust dampers and diffusers for proper airflow General Maintenance Duties Replace light bulbs, ballasts, and ceiling tiles Perform minor plumbing repairs (clogged toilets/sinks, fixture repairs, hot water tank maintenance) Complete light electrical repairs Adjust door closures and hardware Install locks and replace keys as needed Perform basic parking lot and exterior repairs Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned HVAC /
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
High School Diploma/ GED Ability to diagnose HVAC and split systems Experience using gauges to check pressures Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must have a vehicle (Mileage reimbursement provided) Professional appearance and strong work ethic Strong technical skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
