Job Summary:
BOSS Facility Services is searching for a knowledgeable and service-focused individual for an HVAC Specialist role in our HVAC Department. This individual is expected to have extensive knowledge and experience with commercial HVAC units. Our ideal candidate exhibits professionalism at every turn to ensure both Clients and Vendors continue to experience the same high level of expertise they have come to know and trust. Being successful in this role requires superior communication skills (listening, speaking and written) to effectively communicate externally and within the Company. This position is full-time and requires you to be on site from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Liaising with other departments to encourage efficient workflow across the company and eliminate bottlenecks. Actively listening to Clients' needs and inquiries to determine appropriate service actions. Providing technical assistance to escalated Client inquiries and following up to the point of resolution. Reviewing Vendor quotes and proposals. Assisting Account Coordinators with technical questions. Communicating with Vendors on technical-related HVAC issues. Clarifying complex HVAC issues to Clients. Assisting in the development of HVAC specific training. Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
10 years of HVAC field experience 5 years of office experience Proven commercial HVAC experience (field experience strongly preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) Technical problem-solving ability with a client-first mindset Comfortable in a high-volume, high-urgency environment Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to proprietary platforms

Training is provided on in-house software. Individuals must be highly organized, resourceful and results oriented, with the desire and ability to take the initiative and multitask in a fast-paced service-oriented environment that is focused on growth. Our expectation is that you are career oriented and should be interested in furthering your professional development in our field.
