Most install jobs, you're doing the same system, the same way, all week. Not here. One day you're setting a rooftop unit, the next you're running a mini split, then you're fabricating ductwork for a job nobody else wants to touch. If you're good with your hands and bored doing the same thing on repeat, this is built for someone like you. We're looking for an experienced installer to lead residential and commercial install jobs from start to finish — someone who doesn't need to be walked through it. What you'll actually be doing: Installing and replacing a mix of systems: ductless mini splits, boilers, rooftop units, water source heat pumps, fan coils, and standard split systems Laying out and fabricating ductwork on-site Reading plans, sizing equipment, and making the call when something doesn't match the drawing Keeping jobs on schedule and leaving every site as clean as you found it Walking customers through what was done and answering their questions What you need to already have: 5+ years of hands-on HVAC install experience EPA 608 Universal certification Real ductwork fabrication and layout experience A valid driver's license and clean driving record (you'll need to pass MVR review) The ability to work on ladders, in attics, crawlspaces, and other tight spaces, and to lift equipment as the job requires Pay & benefits: $25-$40/hr based on experience, plus performance bonuses Medical, dental, and vision coverage Life insurance, plus long- and short-term disability 401(k) retirement plan 2 weeks PTO, 5 sick days Educational benefits, plus group discounts on products and services

Schedule:

Full-time and travel to job sites as assigned. Standard week with occasional flexibility when a job runs long. Overtime as warranted and rotating on call.
