We provide service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation support for high-end residential and commercial HVAC systems throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. We're looking for technicians who take pride in quality workmanship, communicate professionally with customers, and enjoy solving complex mechanical and electrical issues. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment Perform preventative maintenance on residential and commercial systems Service split systems, package units, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and VRF systems Read wiring diagrams and use electrical meters for troubleshooting Complete detailed service reports Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of HVAC service experience Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, refrigeration, and controls Experience working with VRF/VRV systems (Mitsubishi experience is a plus) EPA Universal Certification F60 Certificate of Fitness (preferred) G60 Certificate of Fitness (preferred) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team What We Offer Competitive pay up to $60/hour , based on experience Overtime opportunities Year-round, steady work Company vehicle (for qualified technicians) Paid holidays and PTO Ongoing manufacturer and technical training Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Supportive management and experienced team Schedule Monday-Friday Full-time Overtime available Occasional on-call rotation may be required
