Senior Commercial HVAC Technician Location:

New York, NY We are seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to service commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems throughout New York City. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair and maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment Service chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, air handlers and controls Read electrical schematics, equipment documentation and work plans Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and control-system failures Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service Document repairs and recommend corrective work Participate in after-hours and on-call coverage Qualifications 10+ years of commercial HVAC service experience Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability Knowledge of NYC cooling-tower and water-treatment requirements Valid New York State driver's license Ability to work in mechanical rooms and confined spaces EPA certification and relevant trade licenses preferred Available for occasional nights, weekends and emergency calls

Pay:

$37.00 - $43.00 per hour
