- An Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic II carries out the repair, maintenance, and Preventative Maintenance (PM) program on air conditioning, refrigeration and related equipment.

Director of Facilities ManagementEDUCATION
Required:
High school diploma, trade, or vocational programPreferred:
Associate's Degree in Air Conditioning and RefrigerationLICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Required:
EPA section 608 Universal Certification; or EPA section 608 Universal Certification with a minimum of five years of documented experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration field; or ten years of documented experience working on at least four building systems in a large facility to include HVAC, boiler systems, electrical systems, or plumbing NYS DEC Pesticide Applicators licensure within two years of position date BLS certification Crisis Intervention Training TRAINING andEXPERIENCE
Required:
A valid driver's license with a safe driving record Basic computer knowledge Visual acuity for reading wiring schematics, blueprints, and specifications are required Proficient verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers (eg: patient care providers, patients, visitors, management, etc.) Strong organizational skills Ability to meet expectations and deadlines- The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants.
